• Signs, stages, and strategies for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum comfort

• Natural comfort measures

• Hospital, birth center, and home birth medications and intervention options

• Cesarean delivery/belly birth expectations

• Perinatal mental health and self-screening

• Birthing from Within book, Evidence Based Birth handouts, and a 30 minute phone consult for questions that arise after class
